1 T. chili powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. paprika (may I suggest half smoked and half regular... :)
1-1/2 tsp. cumin powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
I like to double this recipe so that I have enough for both the meal I'm making and the one I aim to make next. Just shake it all up and store it in an airtight container.
